Track workout: Playing in the morning haze with deer
There were five deer who came up to the fence at the Orchard Park high school track, watching in befuddled amusement as Sue, Maureen and I ran 400 meter repeats. They reminded me of joy and playfulness and the benefits of forgetting about the outcome.
