The long run was another challenging one — two hours with plenty of speedy tempo intervals. Only this time, the run went much better than last week’s struggle-fest.
I ran about the same distance but felt better. I felt stronger, smoother, more confident. And I got the chance to test-drive what I plan to wear for the ING Miami Half Marathon in two weeks. Laugh if you will but my mantra of nothing new on race day applies to shoes, socks, sports bras, t-shirts — you name it!
